Your beliefs is your own personal prison, that’s the first impression caught on this book, Master Your Mind Design Your Destiny. The book released in 2005, written by the duo nationality of Singapore, together with his colleague Adam Khoo, Stuart Tan. The book provides tips and tricks on how we behave and act in the development world that feels increasingly difficult, which in it also comes with a variety of exercises that will be very useful for us to understand the contents of this book as a whole.

This book tries to remind us, lots of factors that become obstacles to make us afraid to start something contrary to what we believe. As exemplified in the book, our beliefs are formed mostly due to too frequent to make role models of important people who are around us, such as parents, teachers, or our friends. Which in the end there is a tendency to take confidence from these people. If our parents are sure that they can not be rich, usually those beliefs will spread and descend the recesses of our thoughts. Perhaps if any of us have grown and developed into a family that is not able to finish school, of course it will impact on the understanding that education is a matter that is not important or extremely difficult to grasp. And there are many other beliefs are formed from our previous experiences.

These book is quite comprehensive in providing solutions on how we train and define new confidence, in order to restrict inhibiting beliefs.
